On this level, you are basically taking your first step on your journey to good health and wellness. This level teaches self-administration and the proper hand positions for self help.  A Level I ATTUNEMENT by the Reiki Master is given to each student either privately or in a group. The class includes the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui (the Japanese Reiki Master who discovered Reiki) and discusses exactly how Reiki works in the body, the levels of the Auric Field which surrounds each of us, how the glands and chakras relate to the healing process (how the Chakras connect to the Endocrine System (glands), practice time for each student to experience the self-administered hand positions under guidance of the Reiki Master, a short meditation, individual certificates for Level I are handed out and miscellaneous topics are covered as time permits. A Reference Manual with pertinent material is given to each student for future reading and reference.  

Reference Manuals are handed out to each individual student to cover all topics discussed in Level II. The HEALING process along with   symbols and mantras are taught. A drawing practice time is given for the symbols for a better understanding of their importance with each hand position and how to add them during a healing session. Distance healing is taught and the appropriate symbol and mantra that accompanies it. A distant healing is practiced (guided by the Reiki Master). The use of healing with plants and animals is gone over as Reiki is appropriate for all living things. A healing session is performed by each student using the symbols and mantras. Discuss various health problems and how Reiki should be administered during a full healing session or a "specific" healing session. If time permits, miscellaneous papers enclosed in student manuals may be discussed and a verbal test will be given. A meditation will be done if time permits. Certificates for Level II for each student will be awarded.  The protection method is covered relating to the negative energy which is released from patients.  This is extremely important to anyone who performs healing on others.

A Level II ATTUNEMENT will be given to each student by the Reiki Master either privately or in a group.

MASTER AND TEACHING LEVELS (These two levels can be taken separately and at the convenience to the student although there must be a minimum of 2 students per class)

A Level III Reference Manual is distributed to each student with enclosed reading material for future reading. This class introduces 2 new symbols and their importance. All students will receive a Level III ATTUNEMENT by the Reiki Master. Practice time for drawing the symbols will be given. Reiki Aura Surgery, Affirmations & Reiki Crystal Grid  A short meditation is done and a verbal test will be given if time permits. Certificates will be handed out to each individual student.

Students receive an additional energy enhancing ATTUNEMENT where 2 more symbols will be introduced. This level is used specifically to teach the process of passing on Reiki via attunements for all levels. As this is an involved process, I choose to extend the Reiki Master Level to a second part for this reason. A Reiki Level IV Manual is handed out to each student.  Sample class agendas are included for teaching purposes. These are guidelines only…. because once you begin teaching Reiki you will develop, as most other Reiki Masters have, your own way of teaching.  As long as teachers cover the complete agenda for each level there is no time frame required.  Passion for Reiki and a dedication to teaching Reiki is all that is required.     Certificates are handed out for Level IV. If time permits, miscellaneous questions may be asked, but be assured I will always be on hand to give support and continued guidance to all of my students in the future.

1. As with all Reiki classes I have a strict Level guideline that I must follow and include in my classes, therefore I try to stick to the time allotted for those guidelines and material to be completed. If a class is very large I keep questions that do not pertain to that particular level, to the end of the day.   Class times will vary depending on the size of each class but all pertinent information for that Level will be completely covered.

2. In the past, I’ve found that some students like to bring cameras to a Reiki class and take class photos etc for their own use. I allow this as long as it does not interfere with the class agenda or other students. Of course, sometimes other students do not want their photos taken and do not want to be included. This subject will be brought up and discussed as needed at the beginning of the day.

3.  No smoking is permitted.

4. Coffee will be available free of charge for Level 1 and a light lunch or snack will be available for Levels II, III and IV. (Also free of charge)

5.  Guests will not be allowed to sit in on any classes.

6. Each Level’s tuition must be paid either by cheque or cash before each class begins.
